The Pure Hearts is the young ladies' ministry which includes girls ranging in age from 6 to 12. Our goal is to lead the girls into a closer walk with our Lord Jesus Christ. An understanding of who we are in Jesus is also taught. Not only are we a new creation, but we become heirs of the kingdom. Accordingly, we try to teach the girls that we must always represent our King well in our actions, dress, and speech. Lessons are taught on the Wednesday night meetings where we take prayer requests, pray, have our lesson, and sometimes a snack. Throughout the year, we participate in fund raisers to help offset the tuition for camp. In addition, we have some kind of overnight function in the summer to have some fun before school resumes. It is our sincere hope to teach these precious girls how to be a girl of grace now and develop into the godly woman God desires her to be.
